Join us for a unique yoga practice & learn about how the moon can effect our body, health & emotions We'll practice moon salutations (the opposite of Sun Salutaitons!) & grow deeper into understanding how to create positive intentions that grow with us over time.
Ayurveda is an ancient system of nutrition and healing going back thousands of years to help prevent disease and imbalances and emphasizing health and well being.
This workshop is designed to explain what Ayurveda is, how it relates to yoga and the benefits of incorporating its concepts into your practice and lifestyle. You may even find that you already naturally gravitate toward some of the practices!
We will go into details about the different doshas and discuss different practices of yoga you can use to help find more balance and ease in your life.
