Yoga All Levels
A mindful and physical practice that uses a series of poses integrated with breath-work & meditation techniques to benefit strength, flexibility, and well-being. This class offers modifications for new & advanced yogis alike.
Yoga 1
Beginner/Intermediate level class designed to break down poses & demonstrate proper alignment. Great class for anyone brand new to yoga or fitness.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice & works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.
Kundalini Yoga
An all levels class that focuses on awakening the Kundalini (energy at the base of the spine) through meditation, pranayama (breath-work),
asana (poses) and mantra (words & sounds). The practice of Kundalini Yoga will leave you grounded & relaxed yet energized & focused.
Slow Flow Yoga
A slow & gentle Vinyasa flow yoga class. Suitable for all ages & fitness levels.
Deep Stretch
A well rounded & relaxing full-body stretch with gentle yoga flow. Great for recovery & improving flexibility.

Reformer Flow
A semi-private class on our Studio Reformer that will give you all the benefits Pilates has to offer! This low-impact workout is sure to strengthen your core, improve posture & flexibility, as well as create long, lean muscles.
Pilates HIIT
Pilates principals with low-impact, high intensity interval training to create a full-body workout that burns fat, raises heart rate & increases strength. Weights are optional.
Mat Pilates
A method created by founder Joseph Pilates designed to stretch, strengthen, & balance the body. These classical exercises are help to improve posture, maximize core strength, & boost longevity.
Sculpt & Stretch
This class combines an awesome workout with necessary restoration! Students can expect a combination mat work designed to sculpt & tone the body followed by stretch & recovery.
Bootcamp
Bootcamp offers a mixture of cardio & weight training that will help burn fat, build strength & will make you sweat! Classes include exercises for a well rounded, body-toning workout. Every class will be different & push you out of your comfort zone.
Yoga Pump
The ultimate yoga workout designed to give you a sweaty, full-body workout & stretch. Sculpt & lengthen your muscles with the hour-long class!
