We offer a variety of unique yoga, pilates & meditation classes suitable to all fitness levels & seek to inspire health-infused lifestyles within the community.   


Our Instructors

Leah B

 Leah, owner of The Studio Mind|Body, has practiced yoga for over 13 years & considers herself a lifetime student of the discipline. She is certified as a 200 Hr. Yoga Instructor & did her teacher training with Spirit Yoga Studio in San Diego, CA.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design and works as a Holistic Lifestyle & Health Coach. 

Miquel H

Miquel is a dancer at heart and grew up spending most of her time at Boulder City's Dance Etc. Her love of dance naturally led her to pilates and all of its benefits. She is a certified Inferno Hot Pilates Instructor and continues to pursue more knowledge within the field. She holds a Bachelors Degree in German and has a passion for all things international.

Tawnni W

Tawnni grew up with an athletic background from soccer, dancing and BMX racing. She enjoys the competitive side of fitness including trails runs, 10k & half marathons, and obstacle races. She did her Pilates training with Inferno Hot Pilates in Las Vegas and continues her education in the fitness field with hopes to pass down her passion to her three young children.

Michelle V

Michelle loves the energy created between students & herself when leading yoga classes or guided meditations.  Whether it is fast paced vinyasa, core yoga mechanics, or restorative yoga there is a primal energy exchange that she just can’t get enough of!  Her practice started in 2015 and quickly realized that she needed more than she was getting from the yoga classes at the gym.  It took her 3 months to be convinced that she wasn’t too old, too fat or big, or too unfit to take a 200 hour Baptiste based teacher training class. For her, yoga has been very healing.  Among many other things, she has learned to make space, work her edge and be kind to herself. 

Emma P

Emma began practicing yoga in 2008 as a way to alleviate anxiety & train for rock climbing in her home state of Colorado. Her passion for the practice took her on a round the world journey where she was certified to teach in India in 2013. Since then she has enjoyed strengthening and stretching with students through her alignment based vinyasa classes. New to Nevada, when she is not doing yoga you can find her in her classroom teaching 6th grade English, hiking, baking pies, or hanging out with her husband and their two cats.

Yoga Styles

Yoga All Levels
A mindful and physical practice that uses a series of poses integrated with breath-work & meditation techniques to benefit strength, flexibility, and well-being.  This class offers modifications for new & advanced yogis alike.

Yoga 1
Beginner/Intermediate level class designed to break down poses & demonstrate proper alignment.  Great class for anyone brand new to yoga or fitness.  

Yoga 2
Intermediate/Advanced level class for more experienced yoga practitioners.  This class will push your personal practice & infuse inversions, deeper backbends & arm balancing.

Yoga Pump
Upbeat yoga class that utilizes both yoga and pilates movements to sculpt the body with cardio and bodyweight based strength training.   Weights are optional.

Candlelit Yin Yoga
Your chance to fully relax, recover & rejuvenate your muscles. This class provides a great balance to our more high energy classes by holding deep stretches & developing breath awareness.

Pilates Styles

Pilates HIIT
Pilates principals with low-impact, high intensity interval training to create a full-body workout that burns fat, raises heart rate & increases strength.  Weights are optional. 

Mat Pilates
Pilates mat classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. The instructor presents the exercises at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace.
