Renew & Reset is your chance to get back to nature & tune into your body. Nestled in the forest of Lake Arrowhead this retreat will serve as a peaceful place to get away from the busyness of the world & offer you the opportunity to slow down, unwind & reset your body & mind.

Arrival & Settling
As you arrive to the retreat location you'll be greeted & shown to your rom. You'll have a few hours to absorb the beauty, enjoy healthy snacks & feel like you've truly landed.

Opening Ceremony
Get ready for the weekend by meeting your fellow travelers, setting an intention for the weekend & centering with an opening meditation & cleanse.

9:00 - 10:00
Turning Down & Breathing
We'll practice breathing techniques to help activate the parasympathetic nervous system & learn about the body's stress response mechanisms.



7:30 - 8:00
Morning Meditation
Breath, focus & intention setting will start our day off right & help us check in after the night's sleep.

8:00 - 9:00
Morning Movement
Each morning we'll move our bodies through a yoga flow to stimulate the metabolism & get the body energized for the day ahead.

9:30 - 10:30
Our first meal will be filled with nourishing protein pancakes & superfoods to energize & fuel our day.

11:00 - 12:00
Yoga Philosophy Workshop : The Yamas
This group discussion will cover take your yoga practice deeper in to the backbone of the practice.  We'll discuss how yogi's relate to the world & the moral & ethical guidelines of living a true yogi life.

Exploring The Coast
We'll take a hike around the Lake, soak up the autumn sun & experience the peaceful surroundings on foot.

Our friendly chef serves up a healthy taco salad bar.

3:00 - 5:00
Enjoy the beautiful beach, spend time on the deck reading a book or embark on an adventure to the Village just a few miles away. It's your "me" time.

Evening Movement
This evening we'll explore your body on a deeper level & learning to unlock the subtle layers of the physical self while taking in the sunset over the lake.

6:45 - 7:45
We'll eat under the stars & engage in amazing conversations after a day of self-discovery. Serving BBQ veggie burgers, sweet potatoes & salad.

Let's come together around the fire to make healthy s'mores & relax.

This group discussion will shine light on activities & habits for healthy living, spiritual enlightenment & a liberated state of existence. We'll go even deeper into the philosophy behind living a true yogi life.

We'll enjoy a filling meal of vegetarian lettuce wraps & Italian tortellini veggie salad.

Closing Ceremony
We’ll say our goodbyes with positive vibes by sharing our intentions for the future, our dreams and our lessons. You've made new friends for life and this is the time to respect those new ties.
